We act as a platform for presenting these deals, and the actual sale or provision of the products and services is conducted by the respective third-party providers.

DIGIDEALS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE WEBSITE OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE THE WEBSITE AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DigiDeals and its owner, Yuan, from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Website, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Website immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day refund policy. If you are not satisfied with the services offered directly by DigiDeals (if any, and excluding the deals themselves which are offered by third parties), you may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase. Please contact us at [email protected] to request a refund. This refund policy applies solely to services directly provided and billed by DigiDeals. Any issues with the deals themselves should be taken up with the respective third-party providers.

9. Governing Law

As this is a general agreement for an online service accessible internationally, these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the general principles of law applicable to online services and without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Website shall be brought in a forum where general principles of fairness and due process can be applied.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
